A few weeks ago, my printer started printing streaky areas on color prints whenever a shade of Cyan was involved. I tried multiple head cleanings and followed all necessary steps. Plenty of ink in the cartridge. Called and spent hours to finally get a replacement ink cartridge. After installing, problem was the same, almost like it was a faulty patter, not a spill or buildup or low ink. Something got messed up with the circuitry and I think it was related this cartridge. I had read that there were problems with the 910 Cyans in 2020, including a recall (which I never received any information about). My cartridge was a March 2024 Cyan 910 which I believe was made in Malaysia. You can't ruin a customer's hardware and get away with it, especially when there's a known problem and you FORCE customers to use your cartridges. I have only ever used HP on my device. Very disappointed.
