Since I replaced my ink cartridge the printer has been offline- was i sent the right cartridge my other one is 65/304 and about an inch long the new one that came is bigger and says 63/32 -65/604

I understand you are facing a cartridge issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

May I know if you are using instant ink If Yes Please check the private message
