Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This printer is wrongly dimensioned, it's configured as A4, but when I print something, it cames in the superior left border.
I have already checked HP Smart, HP Doctor Scan and reset the printer, but nothing has worked.

If the error persists, I recommend calling a technical assistant. Or if it is under warranty, open a ticket with HP in Brazil
