Directed to remove and reinstall cartridge

Directed to remove and reinstall black cartridge. Did that; nothing changed on screen.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Did you make any changes on the settings of your Printer prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • Are you getting any error code or message while accessing ink cartridges?
  • Are you trying to print from a mobile device or from a computer? What's the operating system installed?
