Meu marido morreu em 14/11/2019 e a Insta Ink cobrou meu cartão por mais de um ano sem enviar tinta nem me oferecer ajuda para recebê-la, então encomendei tinta online e usei. Quando liguei para cancelar, eles não me ajudaram a resolver o problema até a 4ª ligação para cancelar. Multar. Excelente. Vou apenas comprar tinta. Hoje vou para Prink com meu tinta não instantâneo e nem páginas em branco. Nada funciona. Ele continua querendo que eu me conecte para atualizar a conta de tinta Insta. A sério? Eles me cobraram por um ano sem me enviar tinta e eu estava fora. Pedi a eles que me ajudassem com a conta porque não tenho maridos fazendo login nas informações, não. Pedi que me enviassem tinta. Não. Então, eu cancelei e fui informado que minha tinta não Insta funcionará agora. Não. Tenho papéis importantes para imprimir e não posso. Ridículo. Nunca mais comprarei nenhum produto associado à tinta Insta. Período.

@Corrigansnj, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

If the printer is not enrolled in Instant Ink anymore, you will be able to print using non-Instant Ink cartridges.  Do you get any error messages while printing?

 

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

 

Turn off web services on the printer and try printing.

Click here to know how to turn off web services.

 

If the printer is printing blank sheets, it has nothing to do with Instant Ink, it could be the ink cartridges or the printer.
