Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm sure this has been asked before and I really wish I could just find the answer somewhere on the HP website but I kept getting sent here (or other way less helpful places)... So if someone out there could please help me understand why, after replacing BOTH the black and tri-color ink cartridges in my printer and it working perfectly that a month or so later, the next printed page looks like absolute garbage! The ink level indicators show I still should have plenty of ink in there and I did all the steps to clean the heads and such but still, it's as if the ink has disappeared! What is going on?!?!

I really like that this machine is an All-in-One and it has saved me on more than one occasion but if I cannot rely on it to print when I need it to or at least figure out the issue then I'm probably going to have to get a new printer, from another brand that has more clear-cut customer support
