Hi,

We purchased the simple multitasking  DeskJet 4130e from Public Cy (find attached the invoice payment). The seller informed us for the promotion of 9 months free ink. Following a lot of times trying  to enroll we successfully done it, since we received sms from my mother's credit card.  Find attached the enrollment emails.

Our complaint is that it's been about a month since the ink (black) run out and we did not receive replacement. We had complaint to the seller about it but they could not help us. We try to call to your support center but they did not find our enrollment. At the mid time we have purchased the ink because it was necessary.

Please Investigate on the attached evidence and inform us accordingly. We will be grateful to replace the free ink.
