Product: Microsoft Surfacebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

CP1215 HP Colour LaserJet. Has dots over printing, horizontal lines and vertical lines. I tried cleaning the drum with isopropyl and re-printed and the page that I received was the last photo. Looking for a cost effective way to fix this.

Samples are not visible, but typically repetitive dots or lines across page are cartridge related. If the dots are a single color, remove the cartridge that matches the defect color and check the blue/green drum on the bottom for any defects.
