Product: HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw
I have print documents on several papers - black/white and color on my HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw. However, the data/image are doubled at the bottom of the printed paper. I suspected my printer has drum problem because the printer repeats a faded or shadowy copy of data from the document that I print on the same blank paper. Please advise me on how to fix this issue as I will use it frequently.
