During COVID, we bought several OfficeJet Pro 9020 printers for workers to use remotely. We are down to two of them, they have not been used at all.
When we opened up the boxes this month, we found that the 962 setup cartridges have dried up. The warranty is expired on both printers.
How can I acquire new setup cartridges? I need two black 962 setups. I realize that not being under warranty we would need to pay for them, but I cannot even find them on HP's website.
Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

I'd like to help!
We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
