Can anyone help me resole the HP 4520 Printer ink cartridge error message on my Envy 4520. I have tried all avenues on the HP Chat and drivers etc and nothing is solving the issue. I have used all of the HP "solutions" and nothing is working. I have to open the printer to access the ink cartridges, open the tab, close the tab and then close the printer. I can then print (1) page and then I get the same error message. HP help! Oh and i pay for your cartridges, which you send me and its your cartridge that is failing....in case you are reading this HP administrator.

- What is the exact error you get?
- Which of the ink cartridge is defective?
- Insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge.
For now, perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
