I've recieved an email telling me that HP can only monitor your ink levels if I use instant ink supplied cartridges. The cartridges I have installed on the printer when necessary are supply in the post by HP. I have never used any other cartridge but the ones supplied by HP instant ink. Is this an error or are the cartridges they are supplying rubbish? I must once again say my cartridges are not store bought!!!!!!!
Is there something than can be done to sort this ?
