Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

J'utilise une imprimante HP Smart Tank 530, les cartouches étaient épuisées, j'ai acheté des nouvelles cartouches originales et j'ai remplacé mais à l'impression les encres blue et jaunes n'apparaissent pas. J'ai tout essayé, nettoyage des têtes d'impression sans succès. Pourriez vous m'aider?
