No messages on printer- just no black printing.

I hope that somebody official (HP) loiters here?!

1. Black ink will not print

2. I can not request a replacement cartridge as the plan suggests I have adequate!

3. Am I being charged via the plan for all of the alignment/ cleaning/ print status pages/ attempts???

4. I have fully consulted all options that appear available- the assistant/ online notes/ forum..

following additional cleaning, etc etc….

5. I appear to be in a vicious circle of no solution- wow!!!

ANY SUGGESTIONS ANYONE- thank you
