Envy 5660 printing is too light, I have cleaned 3 levels of print head, changed cartridges

Is it the black or the color that has issues?

You may insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge.

 

Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if it prints fine. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Check the ink levels from the printer control panel and replace any low/empty ink cartridges.

 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
