Envy 7155 Vertical black streak on left side of page

HP Recommended
Envy 7155
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When printing docs to my HP Envy Photo 7155 printer, all pages except the first are printing with a black vertical line down the left side. I tried Multiple cleanings and alignments. On the alignment pages the lines have little misalignments in the middle.  Advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

@Heath5, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand the printouts have a vertical line on them. let us try these steps:

Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Clean the ink cartridges and print a test page to check the result.

Clean the paper pick rollers as shown here - An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
