Product: HP ENVY 7645 e-All-in-One Printer

Installed new color cartridge in HP Envy 7640 Series.  Cyan does not print at all.  I did a print quality diagnostic and Cyan is completely white.  I chatted with the virtual assistant, who informed me if my printer was one of the listed printers not printing Cyan I should contact customer support.  Envy 7640  was listed and I tried my hardest to contact customer support.  All I could get was "warranty expired."  Do I need a new printer because the color cartridge won't print Cyan?

In order for me to review the case, kindly provide the case ID from our earlier discussions with HP Support.

 

Also, please check if the copier works fine on your All-In-One printer.
