HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer

First: I have followed all of the online troubleshooting steps (3-level cleaning, etc.), so please don't repeat those.  We only use HP cartridges, so that isn't the issue either.  Same problem from my Windows 11 PC, and from my wife's running Windows 10. 

 

After installing new Tri-Color and B&W cartridges, the printer has stopped printing any color at all. 

I even tried installing a 2nd, brand new, color cartridge - with the same result. 

 

Anyone else have this problem? If so, how did you solve it (if you did)?
