Envy 7640 tried all steps to resolve narrow white bands

HP Recommended
ENVY 7640
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I've followed the maintenance steps to correct print quality, including cleaning print heads; still prints with lines; does anyone have other recommendations?
