Just opened a printer we bought almost 2 years ago. Never taken it out of the box. Installed the cartridges, and it will not print yellow. Cleaned the heads, same issue. Replaced with a second color cartridge. Same exact issue. Both cartridges are out of warranty by a month. Printer shows out of warranty as of Jan 2020. And apparently since it is out of warranty, I have NO WAY to speak to anyone at HP about this issue? Doubtful I'll ever buy another HP product with this kind of support (or lack thereof), but does anyone know what the issue could be?
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
