Envy Inspire 7224E does not print in color with Mac OS Sonoma but works fine on iPad

Envy Inspire 7224E does not print in color with Mac OS Sonoma but works fine on iPad.

Only gray scale print for "coloured text or pictures".

Print Anywhere is also not taken up for Mac computers.

It seems that HP does only care for Windows Operating systems

On this posting board I found the solution

From the system prefs , remove the printer and the re-add the print.  It will fix the problem

The installation on a MacBook Air was from the first time a succes (with color).   So something might happen during installation time.
