Product: HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

all the functions seem to work. The problem lies in the heads carriage movement to the right. Seems to be having some kind of play, resulting in noise and blurring the printout. 

After disconnecting after the heads are released to the left of the rest station, we can evaluate a small play around the horizontal steel axis. This play is creating some noise when the carriage is moved to the right by the mechanism.
