When printing documents or photos in colour, the reproduction is poor.  Please see attached print test page.

 

The printer is not used frequently, so could the cartridges have failed?

 

How can I order new cartridges?  My black cartridge was shipped 13 June 2023 and the colour cartridge on 29/09/2024

Page 92 of the user manual describes how to do a printer alignment.

 

Try that before getting new ink
