Error - Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in hp instant ink

Hi there

I have replaced the ink cartridge but keep getting this error when trying to print.

 

Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP instant ink. 

 

I am enrolled and my printer is online!

 

Help!!!

@MARGDOW, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Make sure you are using HP Instant Ink cartridges in the printer.

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC and check for the error.

 

If the issue persists, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
