Product: HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One Printer
I replaced a black cartridge 564xl for the HP Photosmart 7520 and no ink printed on the page. I reinstalled, cleand and alligned several times with the same result. After an allignment, I received an error message on my printer "Allignment failed. Cartridges set to default quality." I cannot find where/how to change this. I am not enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program, and that seems to be a show stopper on the HP website. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, as I feel like I am reliving a scene out of Groundhog Day.
