I have a HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer and i used to be on the Instant Ink monthly plan and now I am not. I must have had a cartridge left from the montly plan and placed it in the printer by mistake because now I have a message stating "Incompatible Cartridge(s). The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer." I have removed the black cartridge and replaced it with a purchased one from the store but the message will not go off the screen. I have turned off the printer and even unplugged it from the wall and restarted it, but the message is still there. Any ideas on how to make this go away so that I can once again use my printer?
