Hi @Matevz3,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code 0xc19a0023 on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 usually indicates a problem with the printhead or the ink system, especially if you’ve already replaced the printhead multiple times. Here are some steps to troubleshoot further:

Troubleshooting Steps

Check for Ink Cartridge Issues:

  • Ensure that the ink cartridges are installed correctly and are genuine HP cartridges. Replace any that are low or expired.

Clean the Printhead:

  • Even with a new printhead, residue can cause issues. Carefully clean the printhead using a lint-free cloth and distilled water. Make sure to clean the electrical contacts.

Inspect the Printhead Connection:

  • Ensure that the printhead is securely connected. Remove it and reseat it to confirm a good connection.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the wall, and wait for at least 60 seconds. Then plug it back in and power it on.

Update Firmware:

  • Check for any available firmware updates for your printer on the HP support website. Sometimes firmware updates can resolve compatibility issues.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:

  • Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. This can help diagnose and fix various printing problems.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Inspect the printer for any paper jams or obstructions that could be causing issues.

Factory Reset:

  • If the problem persists, consider performing a factory reset on the printer. Refer to the user manual for instructions on how to do this.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
