Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer

Hi,

 

I have replaced my ink cartridges with 3 different brand new HP cartridges that is for my printer and I keep getting a message that the black cartridge is damaged or empty. My printer is like brand new and I've replaced the ink several times before. Does anyone know how to reset the printer or what I need to do to make it see it has full cartridges in it?
