I have changed the black ink cartridge with HP 952xl 3 times and it still gives me the error message:

There is a problem with the supply system-Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different non-empty cartridge.  If message reappears again, record message and call HP.  

 

So I am calling or asking for any help.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
