I recently inserted the Instant Ink cartridges for the first time and the color cartridge is not being recognized. I've tried removing and reseating it, but each time the LED display on the printer shows an 'E' (it alternates between 'E' and '0') if the color cartridge is inserted. I've checked that the tape has been removed; everything looks identical and as it should be compared to a working blank Instant Ink cartridge.
So now I have a (presumably) full Instant Ink cartridge and no way to use the ink in it, and because it can't be used, it'll never trigger a new one to be sent out.
Can someone advise how I order a replacement for this defective Instant Ink cartridge? Thanks

I understand the ink cartridge is not working. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
