Hi @ShadowSssd,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Ink Tank Wireless 416 is not printing in color despite having full ink tanks, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
Check Print Settings:
- Make sure that the print settings are set to "Color" rather than "Grayscale" or "Black & White."
Run Printer Troubleshooter:
- Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool available on HP’s website to diagnose and fix common issues.
Clean the Printhead:
- Use the printer's built-in utility to clean the printhead. This option is usually found in the printer settings menu.
Perform a Test Print:
- Print a test page to see if color printing works. You can usually find this option in the printer settings.
Check for Blocked Nozzles:
- If the printhead is clogged, you may need to perform a deep cleaning, which is usually found in the printer settings.
Inspect Ink Levels:
- Ensure that the ink tanks are not just full but that the ink is flowing correctly. Sometimes, even a full tank can have issues.
Update Printer Drivers:
- Ensure your printer drivers are up to date. You can download the latest drivers from HP’s website.
Reset the Printer:
- Turn off the printer, unplug it for a few minutes, and then plug it back in and turn it on.
Reinstall Ink Cartridges:
- Remove and reinstall the ink cartridges to ensure they are seated correctly.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
