Product: HP 88025
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every week I ggo to print something and it only prints part of it. Then I have to search and try to find a trouble shooter (why not in the App i cant understand. Then i have to run diagnostics and search for a solution Tech support for this product needs some users. I mean i should bill HP an hour a week for the time this takes TERRIBLE

Quick question: Do you turn off the printer when not using it or do you allow it to go into sleep mode? if you turn it off, you are preventing the printer from performing scheduled image quality maintenance routines and that can be one cause of print defects.
