Every even numbered page is backward and upside down and unreadable.

Just recently on my M283fdw, every even-numbered page is backward and upside down and unreadable. It's about 1.5 years old. I have tried rebooting both PC and Printer. Also, duplex printing no longer works. Turning duplex on or off makes no difference.
