May I know you are referring to instant ink cartridges? May I know where did you get the cartrdiges from?
Return Policy at the Store
- If you bought the cartridges from a store (like Walmart, Best Buy, etc.), check their return/exchange policy. Most stores have a return window (usually 30 days) during which you can return or exchange items.
- If the cartridges are unopened and you are within the return window, you should be able to exchange them for the correct ones for your new printer.
