Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

I just recovered from Hurricane Ian, been displaced for 14 months.  I unpacked my printer and ink and found that my new never been opened ink has expired.  I installed the ink, not expecting to not work....Was quite surprised to see the words not compatible with this unit.  Any suggestions?  I have a 5 cartridges (all colors) unused and out about $120.00.

 

HP - Can you help me resolve this costly issue that was out of my control?
