Product: HP ENVY 6010 All-in-One Printer

Hej jeg har det her problem med at min Printer blinker gult og skriver fejlkode E3 og i Hp smart skriver den Pranterholder stoppet.

Jeg har prøvet at tage patronere ud og rense dem og rense kontakterne på dem og på printeren. 

der er heller ikke noget papir der sidder fast nogle steder. jeg syntes jeg har prøvet alt men det løser sig ikke. 

 

er der nogen her der kan hjælpe.
