Product: HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer

I have a HP desktop computer using Windows 10. My old HP printer was making very faded black copies so I got a new HP printer and it is doing the same thing. I clean the printer heads and even used the new printer with my Dell. Same results. Any suggestions?
