Fading Print
03-23-2021 02:02 PM - edited 03-26-2021 11:47 AM

Every time I try to print everything is faded. We followed all of the troubleshooting that was recommended as one can see in my image that I provided. The first image displays how it is printing. The middle one is the Print Que Diagnostics, and the last image displays the alignment that was performed. There wasn't a printhead as suggested could be a problem. It is not under warranty either. The printer is not that old and has not really been used that much. Can you PLEASE help me with this problem?
My apologies the image is not showing. I don't know why it isn't as I did everything that research revealed.

@Betty0610 Yes, I have done that numerous times. We have had this ongoing problem for quite some time. I think I need to know a last resort answer. Whether it is fixable or do I already need to replace my printer.
