Hi, my black prints have horizontal faint lines. No error messages. The cartidge was far empty and then I put a new original, but without result. Then I cleaned print heads several times (up to the 2nd level) but without result. The virtual agent suggested to unclog the vent holes on top of the cartridge, which I did with the black cartridge, and now it doesn't print black anymore.
