Fault with colour ink cartridge

Envy 4500
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I got my new ink cartridges through the post and installed them in my printer.

The black cartridge works fine, but my printer tells me that the colour cartridge is faulty.

I've installed it several different times and tried all of the online suggestions but it just will not work.

How can I get a new one as it will never order one on my ink plan if it never runs out?
