Faulty HP63 Cartridge

I purchased a two-pack authentic HP 63 Black/Color combo.  UPC number 8-8929626743-0.  Box reads warranty ends April 2026.  

Color cartridge is fine, black however will not work.  I have made sure any protective tape was removed, cleaned contacts on both the printer and the cartridge, but continue to receive an error message.  I purchased a different HP63 black cartridge which works, leading me to conclude the cartridge is faulty.

I would like to file a claim under the warranty for a replacement.
