I have a faulty cyan toner cartridge. I report this a few months ago and they had me run a cleaning cycle about a half dozen times. The problem went away. The the problem is back and HP support is telling me that it is NOT the cartridge but the ITB belt.

 

I have had this problem before. I know it is the cartridge. How do I get HP to listen?

I just talked to my FIFTH HP rep who tells me that unless I have a"Proof of Purchase", they will not do anything.

 

Can someone from HP PLEASE address this issue!
