After spending an hour on the phone and another 30 minutes online, I'm extremely frustrated. I have a fault HP 62XL black ink cartridge that needs to be replaced. I know it's the cartridge, because when I opened yet another new cartridge and installed it, my printer is working fine. Please let me know how to get a replacement cartridge for this expensive ink. Thanks!
