Product: HP ENVY 5532 e-All-in-One Printer

I have a new HP 301 black ink cartridge which causes a cartridge error every time I insert it. I have followed all virtual assistant suggestions with no joy. I then tried a second cartridge and that works just fine. What I can't find anywhere is how to get the faulty cartridge replaced.

(I bought cartridge from Amazon, as part of a 2 pack Black + Tri-colour, some months ago and their return window is closed.)

Any suggestions on how to get this faulty item replaced would be welcome.

Come on HP I don't believe no-one from your organisation monitors these posts.

I have a faulty product and the retailer has referred me back to you as the manufacturer so can someone from HP just tell me who to contact and how?
