Faulty instant ink cartridge

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When inserting a new colour instant ink cartridge the printer tells me "the following ink cartridge must be replaced".  And on my instant ink dashboard it says there is a cartridge error.  How do I get a replacement cartridge?
