Product: HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased a dual pack toner kit.  The first worked fine, but the second kit is broken as the ball inside locked up and the lever cannot be depressed.  I cannot find a live person to speak to about a replacement toner kit (or even a live chat).  I need a phone number for customer service for toner kits.  Thanks.
