First Instant ink cartridge has not arrived

Hello I signed up for HP Instant ink and my first lot was shipped on 18/12/2020 however I have not received and I desperately need the ink to print documents for work.

What is your Instant Ink account number or the email address that you use to log in to your account?

Also, verify your shipping address, printer serial number, and contact phone number for further assistance.
