Five month free ink trial

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,  don't know if I am on the right board for this but,  I  registered my new Printer I had for Christmas on  27/12/2020 and it had a free five month trial of ink with it. I was told it would start when I installed my first lot of instant ink, which I did this morning. When I looked at my plan all it says on there is the one free month referred from a friend and I will start getting billed in 30 days time., nothing about the five month trial. There is no codes or information in the box on how to claim. Is anyone able to shed any light on this please. Many thanks for reading.
