Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Upon attempting to print a quality test page, a large error box popped up instead with the error message HP Cartridges Installed.  Possibly that was triggered by the fact that I installed and have every intention of using HP remanufactured cartridges?  The printer recognizes the cartridges as HP original cartridges that were previouosly installed, but I'm quite certain what that means.  When I attempt the Explore options button, there are no actual options given, just a page-long ad for HP printer ink.  Please let me know the steps for stopping this now and forever.

Hi @hi_jenkx
Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions and find answers.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you keep getting "HP Cartridges Installed" message on your printer.

Please follow the steps listed below to perform a power reset.
1. With printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
5. Turn the printer on and click ok on the message.

Let me know if this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
