When I was setting up instant ink's 6-month free trial for my new printer I saw that it said 700 pages. I chose the 100 page plan which I understood to start after the 6 month trial. I was under the impression that I would get 700 pages for 6 months then it would go down to 100 pages unless I changed the plan. Now it seems that it actually would have required me to choose the 700 page plan. Can I change the plan now without losing the 6-month trial? If not, is there a way support can assist me with an override of some sort to make this possible? Thank you for your time.

Nothing needs to be repaired. I am not sure where you gathered that from my post. The printer itself is working just fine. The issue is with the instant ink trial. Please refer to my original post and re-read it for better insight. Thank you for your time.

I contacted HP Instant Ink and they are telling me I can print up to 700 pages a month during the trial even though I chose the 100 page plan. Can you verify this to be true? I thought I only have 100 a month because I saw this in my HP Ink dashboard...
